
Nowadays office work has become really very Hectic, Due to which we do not have time for ourselves. And we are facing a lot of issues. We do not have time for exercise also. So here are some office Exercises to get energy at work.
Back Stretch

We’ll start with my favorite backstretch. Straighten your back with your hands behind your heads. Put your elbows back to increase the stretch you feel in your back. And hold it for few seconds. This stretch is great because you can do it on your chair. So if you want to take a supermini break then that’s a stretch for you.
Back Chair Stretch

Now, this is a fun stretch straighten your back. Take it one arm behind your chairs back and reach to your hand. With your other hands and call this pretty few seconds. Most chairs have a very wide back and that’s why this is a great stretch stretches your back as well.
Reverse Plank

It’s about three feet away from the set. All that can push your body up and hold this position for 10 seconds. This is a great exercise for your lower back it strengthens ear it’s not just stretching.
Calf Raises

Now let’s move on health praises this is not really a stretching exercise. It’s a strengthening exercise but it really loved it and that’s why it’s in here straight and bow your couch, please.
Tricep Stretch

Raise your right arm and its right home lie. All these triceps are the muscles at the back of your arm.
Shoulder Stretch

Stand with your right arm shoulder level if your left arm up crossing the bike line and your left arm. And push your right arm back towards your body. You feel the stretch on your shoulder and then once you’re down your other shoulder.
Side Turn

Just stand straight with your feet shoulder-width apart. Raise one arm and bend to the opposite side use your obliques or else your abs to help yourself this position. This is a great exercise because zip the whole day we’re slouching. This will help you get back to being straight. And it will strengthen your core as well you don’t need to do all seven exercises. And just do one for two the important thing is to break out at sitting time.
